Beef Bourguignon Pie
Beef Bourguignon Pie
The Ultimate Beef Bourguignon Pie
Inspired by a French classic and crafted with the finest British ingredients, our Beef Bourguignon Pie is a true gourmet creation.
At the heart of every pie are tender, hand-cut chunks of Goodwood organic beef, sourced from just two miles from our bakery on the historic Goodwood Estate. The beef is slow-cooked until meltingly soft, enriched with smoked bacon, pearl onions, chestnut mushrooms and a splash of red wine, then wrapped in a rich, glossy Bourguignon sauce.
Encased in our luxury butter-rich shortcrust pastry – never puff, never margarine – this pie delivers all the depth and comfort of fine dining, handmade for you to enjoy at home.
As the pie bakes, the sauce becomes silky and deeply flavoured, coating the tender beef and vegetables in every mouthful. Each pie is handcrafted in small batches, ensuring quality, consistency and that unmistakable homemade finish.
And as always with Mud Pies (by Mud Foods) – it’s about quality, provenance and taste, without compromise.
