Steak Pies

Our steak pies start with British beef, hand-cut and properly trimmed by skilled butchers, then slow-cooked in rich gravy until meltingly tender. Every pie is handmade in small batches in West Sussex and wrapped in our butter-rich shortcrust pastry — never puff lids, never margarine.

  • Steak and Ale — slow-cooked with Hampshire's Flowerpots Cheriton Porter and Henderson's Relish
  • Steak and Kidney — with British outdoor-reared ox kidney, a proper traditional recipe
  • Steak and Stilton — with creamy Long Clawson Stilton
  • Peppered Steak — cracked black pepper for a steakhouse finish
  • Beef Bourguignon — red wine, mushrooms and pearl onions
