The Squiche® is our square quiche — the original, trademarked, and still the only one of its kind in the UK. We took the classic French quiche, gave it four corners, and made it unmistakably Mud.
Every square quiche is handmade in Chichester with organic cream from the Goodwood Estate, free-range eggs, and our butter-rich shortcrust pastry — the same pastry that's made us Britain's most awarded pie maker. The square shape isn't a gimmick: more corners mean more of that crisp, golden pastry edge in every bite.
