Firstly taste excellent through out & well presented & packaged.

I tried a Game Pie (from Meonstoke Village Stores) and it was fantastic - great big, tender chunks of game in a tasty gravy, far from the unidentifiable offcuts of meat you get in some pies, and the pastry was perfect - sturdy enough to hold the pie together when hot but crumbling in the mouth. I enjoyed every second of eating it.

Thoroughly enjoyed half this pie with steamed cauliflower today, very tasty and excellent pastry. Looking forward to the second instalment tomorrow!

These are the best pies by a country mile, if there are any better pies than these on the market, they are going to be hard to find...

I bought some pies which I received yesterday, as I love a chicken pie I chose that one first, what a wonderful pie it was, when you've had a pie that was more pastry than filling, then you have a pie which was nothing but filling and a great filling too, these are a winner and I cannot wait to try the steak pie now 😋
