At Mudfoods.com, our goal is to offer you quality fast shipping across mainland UK, as long as we can get our fresh food to you quickly enough for it to reach you in perfect condition.

Unfortunately this means that we are typically unable to deliver to certain postal areas in specific parts of the country. See the section on "Where do you deliver?" below for more details: 

How many days do orders take to arrive?

We aim to deliver within 4 working days of receiving your order however, delivery is normally quicker than this but in exceptional circumstances which are ordinarily out of our control, it may be longer. This is rare but if this happens we'll be in touch so you're not left wondering.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to most mainland UK postcodes by courier in safe and secure chilled packaging but unfortunately there are a handful of remoter parts that the couriers cannot guarantee within 48-hours and those postcodes are as follows:

Do we deliver pies every day of the week?

We accept orders 7-days a week and deliver Tuesday through to Saturday.

What are the delivery charges?

  • free shipping on orders over £45*
  • £5 on UK orders over £19.99 excluding zones below;
    • Isle of White £14 on orders over £19.99
    • Northern Ireland £12 on orders over £19.99
    • Scottish Highlands & Islands £21 on orders over £19.99

(unless specified in a promotion).
