Mud Pies, founded by Christian Barrington and his wife Toni, is Britain’s most awarded handmade pie maker, proudly based in Chichester, West Sussex.
What began with just fifty pie tins and a stall at local farmers’ markets has grown into a modern, purpose-built bakery producing thousands of gourmet pies, quiches and Squiches™ each week.
Our mission has never changed: to create delicious, wholesome, luxury pies using butter-rich pastry (never margarine), top-quality British meat, and local ingredients wherever possible.
From humble beginnings in Chichester to becoming the UK’s most awarded pie maker with over 147 awards, our passion for pie perfection remains the same.
