I genuinely can not fault their outstanding pies having bought them for years at local Farmers Markets. We literally have tried every flavour and there isn’t one bad one - we think the key to them being so good is all in the pastry, which tastes like no other. They also freeze brilliantly.
I would have given them 5 stars had it not been for their sketchy delivery (& customer) service. It is the first time I’ve bought my pies this way. It took over 10 days for my pies to arrive, having chased them twice - I think the order simply got missed, rather than the pies sitting in a van somewhere, I hasten to add. What I found more disappointing than anything was I received no response to my emails at all which I feel is very poor. Thankfully, they did arrive after the second chase but going forwards, I think I’ll stick to tracking them down at a farmers market.
Woefully short of needs. Email couldn’t be printed nowhere to say who it’s to or from. No mail address or phone number for ordering. No idea if it’s free delivery. The pies however are brilliant as ever.
