This extra special pie is exclusively made using hand-cut, grass fed, silverside steak and is married with a smooth brandy laced, cracked black peppercorn sauce, enriched with organic double cream from the Goodwood Estate. This is possibly the most luxurious pie Mud Foods has ever made and it won a Silver Medal at the prestigious British Pie Awards. FILLING: Beef Steak (grass fed 28-day matured) (35%), Peppercorn Sauce (Beef Stock (Water, Beef Stock), Veal Stock (Water, Veal Juice, Veal Fat, Vegetable Juices (Onion, Carrot, Tomato, Mushroom, Garlic)), Modified Tapioca Starch, Sugar, Yeast Extracts, Flavourings, Salt, Cracked Black Peppercorns (3.4%), Glucose Syrup, Brandy (1.2%), Maltodextrin, Colour (Caramel), Ground Black Pepper, Sunflower Oil, Red Wine, Emulsifier (Mono-and di-glycerides of fatty acids), Onions, Mushrooms, Double Cream

How to keep your pie:

Your pie will keep beautifully when refrigerated at less than 5C or frozen at -18C or less until the use by date on the box that your pie arrives in.

How to cook your pie to piefection:

Pre-heat oven to 180C (fan 160C), gas mark 4, remove all packaging and place pie on a preheated baking tray and cook for:

25 to 30 minutes from chilled

50 to 55 minutes from frozen

How to cook your pie in an Air Fryer:

Pre-heat Air Fryer to 180C, remove all packaging and place pie in the basket and cook for:

18 to 20 minutes from chilled
