The pastry is short and buttery. The filling is loaded and is meaty and moist without swimming in gravy. Absolutely loved it and will be on my shopping list again.

This is another of the pies I bought at the Melplash Show, but this time it was for my wife and daughter. They thoroughly enjoyed the pie and they would buy again.

Bought this Pie together with 3 others, with different fillings, at the Melplash show. This was the best by far and I would highly recommend it. A nice flavour of Kidney, but not overpowering. Just a little more gravy would make it even better. I would buy again.

Really nice pie! The steak was lovely and soft with no tough bits. The cheese compliments the steak perfectly and I very much enjoyed this pie. Only thing I'd say is more gravy! Or make it so you can add a tub of gravy as an extra.

Great taste, nice lumps of kidney, great pastry, nice to eat a real pie, pastry top and bottom not just a lid on a stew.

This steak and ale pie is another mouth watering pie. It is lovely tender chunks off steak and tasty ale gravy full to the top. Once again mud foods have come up with another very tasty pie
