Had our first Squiche this week. I chose the Red Onion and Brie and it was beyond gorgeous! Lovely thin pastry crust, with a layer of onion marmalade followed by a thick layer of brie custard. So large we just had a sweetcorn cob as potatoes would have been way too much!
