Why We’re Excited About This One
Our sausage rolls have been in the works for a while, but we didn’t want to rush them. Just like everything we make, they had to start with exceptional ingredients, be handcrafted in small batches, and taste unmistakably “Mud”.
We’ve kept it traditional - flaky pastry, seasoned pork, proper texture - but the quality of the pork and the puff really takes it to another level.
