Every week, a small number of pies come out of our kitchen in Chichester — handmade, baked in small batches, with the best local ingredients we can find on our doorstep. This is what we're making right now. Some pies are available every week, while others appear once and disappear, making each selection special. When they're gone, they're gone.

Our artisan pies are crafted with organic beef sourced from Goodwood Estate and accompanied by an all-butter shortcrust pastry — never puff lids, never margarine. We believe in making these pies exactly as we would at home, for our own family.
